Summer was the first horse that I have had transported so far (from Vic to WA) and I was very nervous as I had also been told that she was not that good on a float. The office staff put my mind at ease that I had chosen the right carrier. I can not say enough about the driver John. He went above and beyond what I would expect of a driver, he showed a real passion in caring for the horses and kept in constant contact with me and didn't mind if I called him day or night for an update!! I was amazed at her condition and how relaxed Summer was when she arrived. I will definitely be using Notable for the transport of any horses in the future.

Again a big thank you to John as I knew my horse was in good hands from start to finish so that took all of the stress away.

We would like to thank you all so much, we really appreciate all the help that you all gave us before and during the transportation of our Alpacas from N.S.W. to Toodyay in Western Australia. You were fantastic.

What could have been a daunting experience for us was made very pleasant and trouble free by Prue and Jo in the office and during the long trek from the Eastern States our Alpacas were well looked after by the drivers John and Kevin who also kept us informed during the trip of how the Alpacas were travelling which put our minds at rest, they also helped us off load the Alpacas into their new paddock when they arrived at Toodyay.

All the Alpacas have settled into their new home very well.

I would highly recommend Notable and will certainly be using you again if the need arise.

A brief note of my tremendous appreciation for your handling of the transport of my Anglo Arabian mare between Wangaratta and Ballarat. Thank you for being so organised and efficient in planning the trip.

A big pat on the back to both John and Terry who looked after my sensitive girl. As you will recall I explained that this horse has had a bad experience due to being poorly handled trucking with another company (who I will not mention).

It was so reassuring for your drivers to contact me when she loaded up fine. I am also grateful to you for passing on to your blokes my advice on handling her. This horse has had to be sedated for travel in the past....and I was so anxious that this may have had to happen again. However your drivers are horsemen and they are patient, and she went on and off the truck twice without a problem.

Also I can't stress the importance of having the low loading ramps of your trucks. She would have had a problem going up a steep ramp. The fact that you offer the horses water and food is also something that all trucking companies should take on board.

I just wanted to email to say thankyou for transporting Denver from NSW to SA. Your whole team showed real professionalism and obviously took such good care of him.

When we picked Denver up from Wudinna he seemed completely unfussed by his long journey and didn't hesitate to once again get on the float and travel another 2 hours home.

I would just like to express my gratitude for the fantastic care Styria (the Lipizzaner) received on her first ever Truck journey. 5000km is a long way to come for a baby that had never even seen the inside of a float before, let alone a truck.

She came off tired but that is to be expected, she has been happily eating and drinking and has settled well. It is a credit to your drivers that her trip seems to have been so stress free.

As you can imagine the thought of sending our little man such a long distance was quite daunting, but after speaking to Prue, our minds were out at ease. I am sure the drivers were glad ro arrive in Perth as we were continually ringing to follow their progress, and they were very obliging! From what the new owners told us, he was extremely well cared for at the Perth depot for two days until they were able to pick him up. It is not the first time we have used Notable, our pony actually came up for Vic on Notable Transport as a yearling, and it will certainly not be the last time we will use therm.

I had updates throughout Moet’s journey re all the vet checks, quarantine stays, border checks, liver Fluke, ag dept regulation paper work (which Prue and staff helped get in order and filled out!).
